  • Account terms have been agreed

Processing times vary depending on:

  • Order size
  • Product type
  • Customisation requirements

Standard products are typically prepared within 2–5 business days.
Custom or bulk orders may require additional time.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times will vary depending on order size and destination.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • UK Mainland: 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • Large or Bulk Orders: May require extended delivery times
  • Custom Orders: Delivery timelines will be confirmed at the time of order

All delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Type of products ordered

Shipping will either be:

Bulk & Pallet Deliveries

  • Access for delivery vehicles must be suitable
  • Failed delivery due to access issues may result in additional charges
  • Pallet deliveries are typically kerbside only

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been delivered and signed for, responsibility transfers to the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Inspect goods upon delivery
  • Report any issues within 48 hours

Incorrect Delivery Details

Bio Brothers is not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses
  • Additional charges incurred from re-delivery
